The Catalina Office Center has been constructed by Catalina Group, a renowned Warsaw real estate developing company.

The Catalina Office Center is located at the intersection of Puławska and Rzymowskiego street, near the Apartments at Wyścigi, which were also realized by Catalina Group.

The dynamic and modern structure of the building emphasizes its unique location. It is perfectly visible from all directions. The western façade of the building faces the exit from Rzymowskiego Street, constituting a significant urban landmark. The office space has been designed around a central core housing elevators, staircases and sanitary facilities. The space between the core and the outer walls of the building is completely free of structures and installation shafts. This unique construction allows tenants to design the arrangement of their offices according to individual needs. A variety of office space layouts is available, ranging from open-plan to separate rooms accessible from the hall. The arrangement of kitchenettes and social rooms is possible as the core of the building provides numerous installation connections.

The ground floor of the building, apart from office space, provides commercial space, also suitable for a restaurant.
